SUMMARY:White Belt in Quality Improvement
DESCRIPTION:This training workshop introduces Lean quality improvement (QI) and its relevance for community-based health and social services. \nThe workshop will focus on key quality concepts and methodologies (Lean and Six Sigma principles and 8 wastes) and tools (root cause analysis\, fishbone\, 5 Whys\, PDSA/A3) and how they can be used to increase quality\, efficiency and innovation. Upon completion\, participants gain the ability to identify improvement opportunities in the workplace. \nDates: Tuesday\, October 1st and Wednesday October 2nd 2024; 9:00am – 12:30pm. \nFees: \n\nParticipating Organizations\, Reviewers and Partners: $250 per person +HST+ Eventbrite fees\nGeneral participants:  $300 per person + HST + applicable fees\n\nAvailable Discounts: \n\nGroups of 5 or more are eligible for a 50% discount on the 6th registration!\nIndividuals who register for all 3 Lean White\, Yellow and Green trainings are eligible for an overall 15%\nPlease note: discounts cannot be combined.\n\nIndividuals can register for individual workshops online at HERE. \nTo take advantage of one of the available discounts\, contact us at ea@canadiancentreforaccreditation.ca \n
