SUMMARY:Practical Change Management - NEW DATES
DESCRIPTION:This course introduces practical change management models and techniques to ascertain and effectively manage change readiness and ensure effective ongoing stakeholder engagement and communication. The training focuses on providing insights and guidance on how best to prepare for and successfully manage “change” at people\, process\, service and technology levels across a department or organization. \nUpon completion\, participants will be able to: \n\nIdentify types of resistance to change\nIdentify relevant change management models and where they best apply\nDevelop effective techniques to overcome resistance to change\nDevelop and apply effective stakeholder engagement and communication plans\n\nKey Topics: \n\nResistance to change\nThe change equation\nIntroducing change management models\nOvercoming resistance\nLean change management\nEffective stakeholder engagement and communication\n\nNEW Dates: Wednesday April 2 and Thursday April 3\, 2025; 9:00am – 12:30pm. \nFees: \n\nParticipating Organizations\, Reviewers and Partners: $375 per person+HST+ Eventbrite fees\nGeneral participants:  $425 per person +HST+ Eventbrite fees\nSite training for Participating Organizations & Partners (minimum of 12 registrants): $325 per person + HST\nSite training for General Participants (minimum of 12 registrants): $375 per person + HST\n\nAvailable Discounts: \n\nGroups of 5 or more are eligible for a 50% discount on the 6th registration.\nIndividuals who register for both Practical Change Management and Practical Project Management are eligible for an overall 15% discount.\nPlease note: discounts cannot be combined.\n\nIndividuals can register for individual workshops online at HERE. \nTo take advantage of the discounts and site trainings\, contact us at ea@canadiancentreforaccreditation.ca \nRefunds & Cancellation Policy  \nRefunds \n\nFull refunds (minus Eventbrite fees) are available for cancellations made at least 5 business days before the session start date.\nNo refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days in advance.\nIf a cancellation affects the eligibility for a group or bulk discount\, the discount may be deducted from the refund.\n\nReplacements: \n\nReplacements are allowed if requested at least 2 business days before the session’s start date.\nThe replacement participant must meet any session prerequisites or requirements.\n\nDeferrals: Deferrals to future sessions will not be permitted.
