SUMMARY:Lean White Belt in Quality Improvement
DESCRIPTION:This training workshop introduces Lean quality improvement (QI) and its relevance for community-based health and social services. \nThe workshop will focus on key quality concepts and methodologies (Lean and Six Sigma principles and 8 wastes) and tools (root cause analysis\, fishbone\, 5 Whys\, PDSA/A3) and how they can be used to increase quality\, efficiency and innovation. Upon completion\, participants gain the ability to identify improvement opportunities in the workplace. \nDates: Tuesday September 15 and Wednesday September 16\, 2026; 1:00 – 4:30pm. \nFees: \n\nParticipating Organizations\, Reviewers and Partners: $275 per person +HST+ Eventbrite fees\nGeneral participants:  $325 per person + HST + applicable fees\n\nAvailable Discounts: \n\nGroups of 5 or more are eligible for a 50% discount on the 6th registration!\nIndividuals who register for all 3 Lean White\, Yellow and Green trainings are eligible for an overall 15%\nPlease note: discounts cannot be combined.\n\nREGISTRATION: Register for individual workshops online at https://CCA-LeanWhiteBelt-Sept2026.eventbrite.caa. \nTo take advantage of one of the available discounts\, contact us at info@canadiancentreforaccreditation.ca \nRefunds & Cancellation Policy  \nRefunds \n\nFull refunds (minus Eventbrite fees) are available for cancellations made at least 5 business days before the session start date.\nNo refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days in advance.\nIf a cancellation affects the eligibility for a group or bulk discount\, the discount may be deducted from the refund.\n\nReplacements: \n\nReplacements are allowed if requested at least 2 business days before the session’s start date.\nThe replacement participant must meet any session prerequisites or requirements.\n\nDeferrals: Deferrals to future sessions will not be permitted.
