DESCRIPTION:Having taken White and Yellow Belt training\, you will develop an in-depth understanding of those essential Lean tools and practices that can be applied in community health and social services settings to increase efficiency and quality of service; improve access to services; increase capacity; improve satisfaction among staff and community and create an ongoing culture of continuous quality improvement. The Green Belt program will develop the capability and skills to lead improvement initiatives within your organization. \nThe program enables immediate application and benefit through a requirement to complete a workplace improvement project. DESCRIPTION:Measurement-Based Care Virtual Panel – Yale MBCC and Greenspace Health \nWe had great CCA member representation at the last Measurement-Based Care (MBC) panel\, hosted in partnership between our friends at the Yale MBCC and Greenspace Health. For those who missed it\, or if you’re looking to continue to learn about MBC\, I’m excited to be able to invite you to the second of their three-panel series where you can learn about its clinical impact\, influence on accreditation processes\, and in validating and sharing the efficacy of clinical services. \nThe virtual panel is taking place on July 21st at 1 PM. This panel will cover some of the basics of MBC\,  and will dive into Yale’s “Collect\, Share\, Act” model of MBC\, with a focus on strategies around how to interpret and leverage client-reported data in practice.
