DESCRIPTION:Developed in partnership with the Leading Edge Group\, a global leader in quality improvement training\, the Canadian Centre for Accreditation is pleased to offer the Quality Improvement (QI) Leadership workshop. \nThe live online instructor-led workshop will be delivered over two (2) subsequent virtual training sessions: \n\nSession 1: Tuesday\, January 20\, 2026 from 1:00 – 4:30pm (EST)\nSession 2: Wednesday\, January 21\, 2026 from 1:00 – 4:30pm (EST)\n\nThis training program emphasizes building a QI culture by focusing on leadership skills\, process optimization and systemic improvements to deliver client-centered services efficiently. \nParticipants will develop a tailored framework and high-level strategy for sustainable success.
