Quality Improvement Leadership
Developed in partnership with the Leading Edge Group, a global leader in quality improvement training, the Canadian Centre for Accreditation is pleased to offer the Quality Improvement (QI) Leadership workshop.
The live online instructor-led workshop will be delivered over two (2) subsequent virtual training sessions:
- Session 1: Tuesday, January 20, 2026 from 1:00 – 4:30pm (EST)
- Session 2: Wednesday, January 21, 2026 from 1:00 – 4:30pm (EST)
This training program emphasizes building a QI culture by focusing on leadership skills, process optimization and systemic improvements to deliver client-centered services efficiently.
Participants will develop a tailored framework and high-level strategy for sustainable success. Upon completion, participants will be able to effectively sponsor, manage and sustain QI deployment across short, medium and long-term planning cycles.

- Benefits and principles of quality improvement
- Implementation techniques and the PDCA improvement cycle
- Leadership’s role in quality improvement
- Measuring, tracking and reporting on QI activity
