Building a Quality Improvement Culture in Complex and Uncertain Times

With the demands of the past 2 years, leaders in health and social services have been challenged to find the time and ways to navigate multiple systems, support staff, engage clients, pivot at the moment and access the internal capacity to stay the course and best serve their clients. 

The Canadian Centre for Accreditation in partnership with Leading Edge Group is offering a workshop for CEOs, EDs, Directors and Senior Managers to identify, address and work towards finding practical solutions for intractable, complex or in-the-moment problems, dilemmas or situations.

If you have prior knowledge of LEAN/quality improvement, are new to LEAN or are simply searching for the time and space for collegial dialogue and peer networking, we invite you to HOLD THE DATE for this important event in February 2022.

We are offering one live online instructor-led workshop consisting of 2 sessions of 3 hours each to dig into a learning opportunity with tangible and practical takeaways for immediate application.
