The CCA is seeking three (3) passionate leaders to join our Board of Directors and help strengthen community-based health and social services across Canada.
- Application Deadline: Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 5 PM (ET)
- Term Length: 3 years, with up to 2 terms per Director
- Commitment: 2.5 to 7 hours per month for Board and Committee meetings. Most meetings are virtual, with one in-person Board meeting in Toronto per year.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are recruiting for three (3) Directors involved in a governance or management capacity at non-profit or charitable CCA Participating Organizations (PO), one from each of:
- Indigenous-led PO: Open to individuals who identify as First Nations, Métis, or Inuit and are involved in an Indigenous-led organization delivering health or social services.
- Children and Youth Mental Health PO: Involved in an organization that primarily provides mental health services to children and youth.
- Any PO, with priority given to sectors other than those designated in the CCA by-laws (i.e. other than Children and Youth Mental Health; Credit Counselling; Family Services; Community-based Primary Health Care; or Indigenous-led).
