Yellow Belt in Quality Improvement

This workshop builds on White Belt training to provide an overview of the core principles of Lean quality improvement (QI); differentiate between Lean and Six Sigma and outline the essential tools and practices that can be applied across the community health and social services sector to increase service delivery efficiency and quality; improve client and employee satisfaction and reduce waste.

It aims to create a basic proficiency in applying key tools and practices such as process mapping; standard work and 5S workplace organization to make small improvements in community health and social service settings.

Participants will gain an internationally recognized Yellow Belt certification through the successful completion of a 1-hour exam.

Dates: Monday, November 27th and Tuesday, November 28th, 9:00am – 12:30pm.

Fees:

  • Participating Organizations and Members: $350 per person+HST+ Eventbrite fees
  • General participants:  $400 per person+HST+ Eventbrite fees

Available Discounts:

  • Groups of 5 or more are eligible for a 50% discount on the 6th registration!
  • Individuals who register for all 3 Lean White, Yellow and Green trainings are eligible for an overall 15%
  • Please note: discounts cannot be combined.
