This is a reminder that the next version of GoCCA will be released on Monday January 20, 2025!
Schedule of Release:
• Data Migration: Thursday January 16 – Sunday January 19, 2025. During this time, GoCCA will be unavailable while we migrate data from the old system to the new one.
• Go Live: Monday January 20, 2025 at 6am. The new system will be operational, and the old system will no longer be in use.
What do you need to do? Just one simple step: All your data will automatically be migrated to the new system. The only change you will notice is that you will be prompted to set a new password the first time you log in after January 20th.
The enhancements reflect much of the feedback we have received from our Participating Organizations and Reviewers since the last release. While the overall structure remains the same, the improvements focus on making the system easier to use. Key enhancements include:
• Enhanced system performance for a smoother user experience
• Easier linking of documents to multiple indicators
• Searchable resources that now display their associated indicators
• Capability to upload supplementary document in response to the Preliminary Report
• Streamlined decision recording for Reviewers
• Improved reporting functions
• Built-in system checks during the upload process to catch corrupted files
We understand that changes to the system can have a significant impact on our POs and Reviewers. To ensure a smooth transition, we are committed to providing transparency, communication, and support throughout the process. Documentation and training will be available, along with ongoing assistance from your Accreditation Specialist and Accreditation Coordinator.
